Distribution contract between Matsui & TCS Aces in Australasia |

Matsui made and concluded (signed) a 4 year exclusive gaming chip distribution
contract with a mainstream British casino equipment manufacturer, TCS Aces
as of June 23rd 2004. By and under the contract to the extent, TCS Aces
will exclusively provide gaming chips from Matsui Group within Australia,
New Zealand and Malaysia. |
